Delete account

How to delete your TCGollector account with all data (collection, decks, wishlist, posts with photos and videos, trades, achievements, device tokens):

1. Open the TCGollector app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → at the bottom “Delete account”.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap “Delete account permanently”.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Please also cancel an active Premium subscription in Google Play.

No access to the app anymore? Send an email with the subject “Delete account” from the email address of your Google account to info@tcgollector.com. We will delete your account within 30 days.
